The basic project has also been approved by the Colegio de Arquitectos de Málaga. The land is registered with an ‘Escritura’ and has a "Declaración de la Obra" for the construction of the new house and stables.

The approved plans (copies available) comprise the following. However, the interior layout of the house can be changed to suit the new owner’s requirements.
