As with most village townhouses this house has its fair share of stairs and therefore it is probably not suitable to the elderly or anyone with accessibility issues. Parking can often be an issue in many Spanish “pueblos”, but this is now much easier in Competa with the completion of a multi story car park which is a 4-5 minute walk to the house. Competa is well placed about an hour from Malaga airport and 30mins to the coastline of the Axarquia including the popular resorts of Torrox and Torre del Mar.
